Bearded Men and a Calendar? Count Me In!

September 14, 2014

Beards are having their moment. Men all over the Colorado are foregoing the razor for a brush and some wax. Recently I was approached to shoot a calendar for North High School where the male teachers agreed to pair up with some of their favorite Highlands businesses to raise money for a great cause, the North High School Ski and Snowboard Club. The club gives students an affordable way to try their hand at our great state's winter mountain sports. Each teacher at North selected a topic that reflected their interests and I worked with the businesses to coordinate on a great shoot. Businesses such as the Denver Run Club, Hops and Pies and Westside Books were great to work with. Make sure you go out and support your local businesses and thank them for their support. This was so much fun I cannot wait for next year's calendar shoot! In the meantime, I am sure a few of these guys are ready to shave off their beards and start over.
